Fiber Glider Assembly Video and Carbon Fiber Launcher

Hey everyone, 5 more days!
I have had a few questions on how the Fiber Glider is assembled, so I threw together this rendering in SolidWorks showing how it all fits together: https://youtu.be/GOXuS8voyfU
I am working on a much more detailed video that will cover how to assemble the Fiber Glider form start to finish. The video will be posted a week or so before we ship the glider.
Also I have made a prototype of a carbon fiber rubber band launcher, and it looks awesome.

Production is Underway!

Hey Backers!
I am happy to announce that we have officially started production! Here is how our current supply chain works.
Brass: All of the brass on the airplane including the ballast, threaded rod, and cap nuts are being manufactured by a company overseas in China, who specialize in producing fasteners.
Stand: The Zero-G stand has also started production in an overseas manufacturer. I received few pictures of the first prototypes. Take a look:
Carbon Fiber Air Frame: All of the Carbon Fiber is being manufactured here in the USA by Citius Composites in Rexburg, Idaho. We will be working on the prototype carbon fiber plate used to make the plane this weekend.

Hey Everyone!
We did it! We have made it to $5,000! That means everyone will be receiving an extra rubber band launcher, and I will be putting together an instructional video. Congratulations guys! You made it possible.
Also, I have been meeting with suppliers in order to get production rolling today. As of right now we should start manufacturing carbon fiber sheets and brass ballasts early this week! I'll keep you posted with developments.
Keep sharing the word! Lets go get that 2nd stretch goal!
